For only $59.95 per month ($30/month additional for a second or third system), you receive:

Planned Service Benefits
Prefered Customer Service Agreement is a preventive maintenance program for your heating and cooling system. Our expert technicians clean, inspect and tune up your system to make sure it is in proper working order for the upcoming season.
We strongly believe that our Planned Service will pay for itself many times over in the reduction of repair costs and added longevity of your equipment. Costs are determined by the type of equipment you have in your home. For homes with both heating and A/C, we recommend two service calls per year.
Members receive preferential scheduling, a 15% discount on repair parts (beyond the regularly scheduled maintenance). These benefits apply for the duration of the agreement (12 months from date of acceptance/initial payment).

15% Discount on Parts
Planned Service customers receive a 15% discount on parts. They also receive new return filters free of charge with each planned maintenance visit.
Price Protection
Your Planned Service agreement price cannot be raised during the effective dates of your agreement. Planned Service can be purchased for up to three years in advance with guaranteed price protection.
Priority Scheduling
Should you need emergency service, Planned Service customers receive priority scheduling.

The Preferred Customer Service Agreement provides for inspections and maintenance along with discounts on parts and services as described herein. Only the Complete Comfort Care Plan (described herein above) provides repairs and labor at no cost. We reserve the right to cancel or modify this program without notice.
